Smells: strange smell; smells like old lady's perfume. Can't find the source. Goes by in one area.

7. When was the property/location built? Was the location recently remodeled/refurbished? If so, when? Do you have any information on the history of the property?
1940s. Formerly an army barracks, then made into an upscale place. Then, several businesses -- none the businesses have been successful. I think that it is something about the energy in this building. I got angry and I said that the bad energy had to go, the next day my mother fell and hurt herself, but it felt a little better here.
8. A time line of paranormal activity is immensely helpful. Please note as much information as possible, including dates, times, events, who was present, and what happened.
When did they first start up -- after the first couple of years. Once the place became emptier; things like this start to come up. I felt this happen 2 years ago. It happened on Hallowe'en; I was turning off all of the music. I had people in the bar waiting for me. Suddenly, I saw a door open, a man walked in and went into the VIP area in the back. My father saw him; Johanna saw him. Recently: I was talking to someone at the bar, and suddenly the door opened. My friend saw someone walk in. No one there. When I was turning off the light, I saw someone out of the corner of my eyes. I turned twice, and there was no one there. (I month ago). We have taken pictures and we know about dust particles. There was a performance here, and I was taking pictures; I have always noticed that there are little particles of light around them; particular when we have dancers. One patron said that is camera caught ghost orbs...

Sensitives noted the bar area: older, heavier man.
Female: Smelled the perfume but in the area of the roses; smells like an old person.
Wine area, haven’t seen anything there. Objects come and go.
In one month these ledgers disappeared. Businesses usually lasted two years here; we started to feel things after 2 years after we were here.
